We mainly take items here that need pressing like work shirts, pants, jackets etc.We've had no issues and items have been ready when they have said they'd be.Staff have always been friendly and efficient.The introduction of an sms to my mobile for collection is great, thanks.They have a sign in the window [that also needs updating to include women] 5 shirts for $30 if dropped off on a Thursday. Love this and yes the offer does include womens shirts.

This is my local cleaning shop and I have stuff cleaned/ironed weekly. A super professional shop, with outstanding service. Last week, I put in three shirts to be ironed, with a promise of Monday collection. They went above and way beyond: ironed, starched and ready only a matter of hours later. Brilliant customer service and friendly too. Highly recommended.

Absolutely the worst customer service I've ever experienced. Dropped a dress in for a zip repair and never received a call to say it was ready. When I called in to see if it was ready I was handed my dress back with a repaired zip but a dress that now had two tears either side of the dress, under each arm pit.The person at reception absolutely refused to accept that they could have caused damaged to the dress. Though did admit that they would not be using their third party repairer in future! She said the zip was fixed, that was the job and the job had been completed. When we approached the manager she was dismissive, rude and absolutely refused to fully refund the repair. After all, that was all we were asking, not a full refund for the cost of the dress, which would have been justified. I was told I could still wear the dress as the zip had been fixed. Okay, yep I'm going to wear a dress with tears either side!The receptionist has been very well coached in how NOT to deal with the general public. I wouldn't trust this business with any garment of any value.They can't even refund a $45 zip repair let alone anything more costly. It's actually laughable. Charging $45 for a zip is ridiculous and returning and unwearable garment, even more so.

Always have my winter bedspread cleaned there. Do a great job.

Was happy with their service; gave them my light cream coat which had tea stains all over it and received it back with no tea stain, all cleaned and ironed :)Some very old stains still on coat but not really noticeable compare to before.The only thing which can be improved, I had very busy few weeks and totally forgot about my coat but no one called to remind me for pick up.

They advertise same day drycleaning went in at 9.30 and lady said couldnt do because she was too busy! taking a personal call!!dont bother!!

They were very helpful by phone. Yet to use.

Do not go here, took my 2 x black blazers here to get dry cleaned, first time here. Smells terrible and no change to when it went in.

Last week I dropped off my $220 VERSACE COLLECTION" Men's Polo Shirt to have it dry cleaned & to have a few MINOR stains removed off the shirt at the "KLEENBOX DRY CLEANERS AT BELMONT FORUM"..On the day I was reassured from staff workers that it would be taken care of & would be given a call by the end off the week for pick up.Iv then paid up front the full amount of payment required.After not receiving that call by Friday

Worst hours possible and rigid. Was standing out front at 0858hrs watching staff folding cloths and refused to open door, looking at her watch and mouthing it’s not 9 yetIf you can’t drop your cloths off on the way to work what’s the point
