My Jacket was just as dirty when I got it back looked like nothing had been don to clean it even the dried food stain on the collar was still there.

Worst customer service I ever received, the rudeness is on another level.The owner seems angry nd rude all the time, doesn't have good communication skills, and seems as if she is doing clients a favour.Can't recommend,. Looks like anger issues, leave your issues at the doorstep the moment you step into your business or work.

This is the worst drycleaner I have ever visited. The first time I went here the owner was rude and raised her voice at me for pointing out my dress rather than quoting a ticket number. My friend had a similar interaction and went to Belmont to escape this rude woman. Low and behold this woman was there and owns both outlets.Do not go here. Terrible terrible service.

Can't praise this place enough, always under promise and over deliver.Friendly staff make doing business a pleasure & reasonably cheap too.

Paid for our wool king size Donna to be cleaned in return we received a cheap old thin Donna. When we returned the Donna they offered to refund our cleaning fee but no Donna. Six weeks later still no progress do not use these cleaners we are taking them to consumer protection. Hey poor service.

Appalling service, rude, expensive with attitude. NEVER, never, N E V E R go here if you value your clothes or your hard earned money!!

I’m appalled by their customer service. Took my partner suit to be dry cleaned and after picking it up found holes in the jacket. Returned to the dry cleaner and left the jacket with them for them to call me to explain how the holes got there. Were they moth holes or something else?Received a phone call the next day where they proceeded to lie and say I had told them about the holes when I dropped it off. Which I know I didn’t do as I was in a rush and almost left without the receipt.Would have been happy to accept if they said they were moth holes and it’s nothing they’ve done but to lie and say I had told them about it is ridiculous. What’s the point of the lie? Makes me question were they are moth holes or damage done by the dry cleaner?I’ll never know as I won’t ever use the service again.

I put in a jacket Tuesday lunchtime and was told it would take 2 days. I needed it Thursday (my fault for not doing it Monday), and was assured it would be done the next day. Later that day (still Tuesday), I got a text that it was done.They do great work, and they're friendly, efficient, and cheaper than I expected. Love these guys.

Terrible customer service when I dropped off the items. Made me feel like I was a hassle with sighs and, “your kidding me”’s simply because I had walked in the door. Complaints about “how am I meant to get work done” etc! Then they charged me the same for a 2 year olds suit as a 6’5’s suit! Asked how much the child’s suit cost prior to looking at the receipt ($70 something for the two suits) and was told “I’m not sure, depends who took the order and what they put it through as”... umm.. what? Won’t be returning!!!

Gave my coat with the coat cover for dry cleaning, n upon return, they had thrown away the coat cover which caused financial burden and unnecessary effort to find a suitable cover, but the fact that they did not have the courtesy to offer an apology as well as their employee kept arguing,makes me regret doing business with them. So by any chance if you ever decide to go there, plz make sure to have all items listed because there is a chance of not getting them back.Definitely never coming back here again.
