KOKO's Dry Cleaning
Terrible, over priced. $40 to lengthen 2 pairs of pants. Other place add a false hem , these just do a crappy stitch job and it's not even straight. Once I started to question to do again all a of sudden not interested and would cost me again to redo shoddy work. Recommend bypassing for other locations.

Just got told that shirts will still smell and be dirty after being washed. These shirts were ready for collection in 3 hours, I fail to see how they would wash , dry and iron 5 shirts in 3 hours in a busy store on the terrace! Very disappointed I have told them to wash the shirts again. and they would not allow me to pick them up until I payed them again. Paid twice for a terrible job twice they should have done the first time. Was not worth the twenty dollars to argue with another woman. After the first woman told me they actually don't wash them they just spray stuff on them.TERRIBLE SERVICE.

Dropped off a suit jacket and when I picked it up I noticed it was still very dirty and stained, didn't look like it had been cleaned at all. I took it back within two days and first thing they did was lecture me about how it's not their responsibility once I walk away with it and I should have come back immediately but, just this once, they would redo it. I get it redone. It still has stains and doesn't look clean at all. So they redo it. Very bad customer service, woman at the front desk was very rude and unreasonable and clearly doesn't know anything about consumer law. Will not return.

The most amazing and professional service! I had 2 dresses dry cleaned. My partner uses Koko's all the time and recommended I use them, and they did not disappoint! Dresses were as good as new!

Great family run business. Very clean and professional dry cleaning and laundry service. Reasonable prices and always on time. Coolest service ever! with great friendly customer service and a smile as you walk into the shop. They also provide an alterations services to which I got my jeans hemmed at a competitive pricing. I highly recommend them.

I will never used this dry cleaners again. I had a jacket with metal hook and eye style fasteners cleaned by them. Upon collection, the fasteners were hanging by threads and so severely bent out of shape they weren't usable. When I returned the garment to the cleaner, I was treated very rudely, with a complete denial that they had caused any damage and an accusation that I had actually damaged them! I warn you before using them, just don't - the cleaning has cost me $22.00 and now I will have to pay to have these fasteners replaced - they do not care about their customers.

Kind service, price ok. Cleaned very well and professional. Awesome pick up system. But I'm worring about if someone used it before and knows how it works, it is possible to pick up others clothes. Hope it can be improved!
